What are we proposing?

The proposals concern the existing Kuehne & Nagel Distribution site which currently comprises a large triple height, single storey B8 distribution warehouse along with two smaller buildings, HGV parking and car parking. Depending on market requirements, we propose either:

  • Scheme 1
    Demolition of the existing building and re-development of the site to provide a new  building with an area of 11,282sqm for light industrial, general industrial, storage and distribution uses (B1(c), B2 and B8 uses) of the 1987 Use Classes Order plus ancillary offices, and associated access, parking, servicing and landscaping schemes.
  • Scheme 2
    Demolition of existing building and re-development of the site to provide four new buildings with a combined area of  10,935sqm for light industrial, general industrial, storage and distribution uses (B1(c), B2 and B8 uses) of the 1987 Use Classes Order plus ancillary offices, and associated access, parking, servicing and landscaping schemes.
